Melting & Pouring




Equipped with the highest quality tools and systems that help us tailor-make moulds as per the client’s specific requirements, and improve the quality of the casting process. 300kg tilting type furnace delicately used to optimize pouring and releasing of heavy castings along with an additional electric melting cum holding 300 kg furnace. 6-axis hydraulic die casting release machine for complex castings. Die preheating oven to optimise fluidity of molten aluminium, reduce cold separation, and porosity, hence improving the quality of castings and increasing the life of dies. The de-gassing of molten aluminium is done using Nitrogen gas.
